The annual appointment of reflections and meetings between the family districts of Trentino will be held in the splendid setting of Riva del Garda. It begins with the testimonies of recent projects implemented by family districts such as “What a show! Families at the cinema”, “I’m doing it hard!”, “Sail Together” project. In the second session, voice to generative welfare experts with speeches from the University of Florence, the editorial staff of Il Sole 24 Ore and the Agency for Social Cohesion.  It closes with the testimony of the National Association of Hospitality Families and with the launch of the 2024 edition. 

Collecting the legacy of each Meeting and relaunching the themes of the future is the challenge that the Agency for Social Cohesion sets in its annual planning. The continuous comparison with the territories and the consequent dialectic lays the foundations for creating the intervention priorities together with the coordination works that the Agency carries out.

For this reason, the 8th Family District Meeting is concentrated between a dialogue with the territorial experiences of the Alto Garda District, protagonist of this edition, and the research and theoretical actions carried out by universities and professionals.

The goal is to encourage policies aimed at promoting the family, enhancing its dynamic and proactive role in the growth of territorial, economic and social well-being.

In the Lake Garda scenario, we will hear topics related to generative communication, the quality of life indices created for years by il Sole 24 Ore as well as a snapshot of the current effectiveness and impact of the Districts. A particular focus will be on the experiences made in the nearby regions and the new actions put in place by the Autonomous Province of Trento.
