INVITATION

Dear Large Families,

For the 13th time, we have the pleasure of inviting you to the National Congress of Large Families, which this time will take place in Zakopane on June 6-8, 2025.
With pride and full conviction, we announce that the slogan of this year’s Congress is – “Family on top” – which takes on additional meaning, considering the location of this event.

With our slogan, we want to draw attention to the important role of a well-functioning family. It is like a healthy mountain spring for the whole society, which, although small, can give rise to a great river, flowing through endless areas, giving them life-giving water. Such a river gives great development and bears fruit as long as the source is clean and healthy. That is why it is so important to take care of the family, which we want to draw attention to once again during our Congress. We want to show the world how joyful, energetic, well-organized and positive large families can be. We also remind you how little it takes to create optimal conditions for functioning and development for large families. And the benefits from this will be enormous. After all, large families are the obvious solution to the growing demographic crisis.

I can’t wait for our meeting in Zakopane, to once again demonstrate together how much wealth is achieved by a couple who openly welcomes another child into their family. It’s impossible to count, although we can. And there are more and more of us!

10:00 – 21:00  Registration of participants of the Congress (on site each family will receive an ID and a full information package)

10:00-16:00  Time for families to enjoy the attractions in Zakopane

16:00-17:00  Holy Mass on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of John Paul II’s visit to Podhale and the Tribute to Polish Highlanders – Księżówka Formation and Training Center – for those willing

17:00-18:00  Start of the evening and welcome of participants

18:00 – 19:00  Grand opening of the Congress

19:00 – 21:00  Performances of highland bands and regional dinner

June 7, 2025 – Saturday

7:30 – 8:30 Registration of Congress participants – Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Theatre Atelier

7:00 – 9:00 Breakfast at accommodation

9:00 – 9:30 Gathering of children and youth, division into groups and going to workshops – Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Theatre Atelier

10:00-12:45  Workshops and activities for children and youth in small groups

10:00 – 12:45  Socio-economic panel with special guests – Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Theatre

13:30 – 15:00 Dinner – Władysław Zamoyski Hotel and Tourism School Complex

15:00 – 16:00 Influencer panel – Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Theatre Atelier

16:00-17:00  The voice of the youth – meeting with the Ombudsman for Children’s Rights – Atelier of the Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz Theatre

15:00-18:00 Mountain trips for families with Tatra guides and other attractions for families

18:00 – 20:00  Zakopane for Big Families

June 8, 2025 – Sunday

7:30 – 9:00 Breakfast at accommodation

9:30 – 11:00  Parental competence workshops: “How to survive with a smartphone and not scroll through life?” – prof. Monika Przybysz, PhD, Association of Podhale People Zakopane

12:30 – 13:30 Solemn Holy Mass in the Sanctuary of the Holy Family and a walk through the streets of the city to the lunch venue

14:30-16:00 Dinner for participants – Władysław Zamoyski Hotel and Tourism School Complex
