The Observatory of Family Friendly Municipalities (OAFR), an initiative of the Portuguese Large Families Association (APFN), is preparing to open applications for its biennial distinction that rewards innovation in Portuguese policies: the Most Innovative Measure.
“Most Innovative Measure” is a recognition given to municipalities that developed creative solutions and anticipate responses to the real difficulties of Portuguese families.
This OAFR initiative wants to give visibility to municipalities that implement policies that make the territory more attractive to live and grow and place family well-being at the center of political decisions.
Municipalities must apply with policies, programs, projects or services developed by them in the last three years with verifiable results.
The award covers diverse areas, namely Housing and Urban Development, Education and Youth, Maternity and Paternity Support, Mobility and Transport, Health and Well-being, Culture, Sports and Leisure, Environment and Sustainability, Digitalization and Administrative Modernization.
Applications must be submitted digitally by completing a questionnaire available on the official OAFR website: https://observatorioafr.org.
