This year, the Portuguese Large Families Association (APFN) is launching a new communication and interaction project with families, entitled: ‘Being a family is good!’
The APFN challenge wants to give a voice to the families and the challenges they face as “parents of many”. APFN member families will be invited to participate in an audio recording with a script created by the APFN. The aim is to give families a voice, so they can transmit their dynamics as a family and for them to be able, in this space, to address current issues and reporting their routines and experiences.
The APFN believes that this sharing is a tool for mutual learning between families and above all, an awareness that ‘Being a family is good!’.
Still on the theme of ‘Being a family is good!’, the APFN is also developing the creation of a seasonal podcast, with special guests, to promote joint reflection and learning on topics that are part of the daily lives of families who share so many common joys and challenges.
