On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the Representation Office of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Athens, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Laodicea, Mr. Theodoritos, was visited by a delegation of the Supreme Confederation of Large Families of Greece, on the occasion of the day of the Large Family, which was determined by law to be celebrated on the first Sunday of November.
The President and members of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Confederation of Large Families (ASPE) invoked the blessing of the Ecumenical Patriarch, Mr. Bartholomew for the continuation of their work and offered to His Holiness Theodoritos of Laodicea a two-volume anniversary edition for the contribution of the Confederation of Multiple Children to society, the first 75 years of its activity, from 1931 to 2006.
The President of the Confederation Mr. Theotokatos Vassilios and the members of the Board of Directors Mr. Stamoulis D., Aggeli D.-I., Pachos I. as well as the Director of ASPE Pavlos X. referred to the concerns of Greek society about the demographic problem as well as the need to support and recognize the contribution of large families. The Reverend Laodicea Mr. Theodoritos congratulated A.S.P.E. for her contribution and wished to continue her multifaceted work for many more years.
