The Portuguese Large Families Association (APFN) has just launched a new exclusive digital platform for its members – the APFN Community. At a time when social contacts are restricted, global constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, APFN wants to boost a value already very present in large families: sharing, this time in a digital format.
The APFN Community was created with the intention that over 8500 large Portuguese families, members of APFN, have a space for sharing testimonies (personal experiences of the families) and post questions (doubts that the families have and that the other families can help to clarify).
Access to the platform is made through the member’s reserved area and topics have broad themes such as Automobile; Local; Family Management; Opportunities; Travels; Off-topic / General, among others.
Participation in the APFN Community can be done through the integration of Testimonials or Questions. In the Testimonies area, members will be able to share with experiences which they have had as a large family and that can be useful for other families.
On the other hand, in the “Questions”, families can post their question to the community and seek for other families´ support or experiences.
