On 27 March, ELFAC organised a training session for professionals and volunteers from European associations of large families.
The objective was to explain the experience of Polish and Romanian associations in obtaining and managing a grant from the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission.
In the case of Poland, they organised a stay in Italy, where the idea was to have an English course run by the Italian association of large families.
The Romanian association, on the other hand, organised a stay in Poland to learn from the good practices of the large families association in that country.
Irena Jesmanowicz, from Poland, and Irina Granzuela, from Romania, led the sessions. The conclusion for the participants was positive, with the idea of taking advantage of this financial support to exchange experiences between our associations, and to learn from each other.
