On 22nd March 2021 Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has discussed strategies concerning Hungary’s post-pandemic era with representatives of family organizations, including the National Association of Large Families in Hungary (NOE).
Presidents of family organisations were negotiating about the lockdown situation, as isolation has been hard for families with children. A plan is needed how to reopen schools, restart sporting life or extra curricular activities and what ways summer camps can be held so that the country can regain its former vitality.
The organizations presented several proposals, many of which have been submitted to the cabinet. Prime Minister Orbán said thanks for the efforts of family organisations. He gave a very positive feedback to NOE for being one of the largest and most prominent civil society organisations in Hungary.
