At the assembly of the Croatian Large Families Association “Obitelji 3plus”, which was held on July 4, 2023, the new leadership of the Association was elected. After successful and dedicated service of Ivan Malbašić, Ph.D. as president of the Association for five and a half years, the Assembly elected the new president of the Association Kristian Jambrošić, Ph.D.
The new president of the Association, Kristian Jambrošić, Ph.D. is an experienced member of the 3plus community, one of the founders of the Association and a member of the Board of Directors since the very beginning of the Association. Ph.D. Kristian Jambrošić brings a lot of experience and expertise as a president, as he has held and continues to hold various roles in the scientific, professional, and non-profit sectors. Kristian Jambrošić, Ph.D. is well acquainted with the organization’s mission and values, and his understanding of current problems together with his strategic vision, provides all the necessary requirements for the further successful management of the association Families 3plus and the creation of a society that cares for families, especially those with three or more children.
We would like to say thank you to express our gratitude to the former president, Ivan Malbašić, Ph.D. who worked tirelessly and devotedly for the previous five and a half years on laying the foundations and the first steps of the association Families 3plus. On the capital that he left, new leadership of the Association can continue to build and contribute to the creation of better life conditions for all the families in Croatia, especially for families with three or more children.
Ivan Malbašić, Ph.D. will continue to serve families with three or more children and the association Families 3plus through his activities at the international level, as a member of the Board of Directors of the European Large Families Confederation (ELFAC), and as a member of the Council of the Croatian Large Families Association “Obitelji 3plus”
