The main objective is to establish a stable framework for collaboration that systematically links scientific research with the formulation of effective public policies for large families.
The memorandum was signed by the Director & Chair of the EKKE Board of Directors, Professor Vasiliki Georgiadou, and the President of ASPE, Mr. Thomas Gianniotis.

The cooperation focuses on critical issues concerning large families, such as demographic developments, social protection, access to health and education services, the financial burden on households, and equal participation in social and economic life.
This cooperation aims to support the State in designing targeted interventions for supporting large families, as well as enhancing the effectiveness and social reciprocity of public policies.
Referring to this, Mr. Gianniotis stated: ‘Today’s signing of the cooperation memorandum constitutes an important step for strengthening knowledge and evidence-based policy in favor of large families. Our collaboration with the National Center for Social Research opens new avenues for the scientific approach to the country’s demographic and social challenges.’
