Spain: Training Days for Boards of Directors of the Associations of Large Families

Representatives of the Associations of Large Families of all Spain met last weekend in Segovia to participate in the Training Days of Boards of Directors, organized by the Spanish Federation of Large Families (FEFN) in order to expand knowledge to improve the work of these entities.

The conference had the participation of about twenty members of the Boards of Directors, mothers and fathers of large families who, in a disinterested way, devote part of their time to work for the rights of this group and to achieve measures that suppose a greater well-being for these homes. There were attendees from the associations of Castilla y Leon, Castilla-La Mancha. Extremadura, La Rioja, Valencian Community, Catalonia, Basque Country and the Community of Madrid, as well as representatives of the Board of Directors of FEFN.

These training days are the second that are held this year in Segovia, a city that also hosted the workshops for workers of these associations, which took place on 12 and 13 February, with the same objective but focused on aspects of the day by day of associations, services to partners, new tools for management and communication with partners, etc.
